At High Definition, we take your lawn and outdoor spaces very seriously.
Your lawn is an extension of your home and should be where many great times are spent with friends and family. It is immensely important to us that your space is well cared for and always looks great. Our experienced lawn care crews will give you a high level of personal attention to your yard in weekly and on-demand lawn care visits, enabling you to enjoy a well-cultivated, beautiful yard year round.
At High Definition, we only accept full-service clients for our maintenance services.
Because we take such pride in all our work and the property's overall appearance, we insist that we control all the variables of your lawn and landscape management.
You will receive the price for the total yearly costs of all services, which will be divided into 12 equal monthly payments and billed at the end of the month.

High Definition lawn care maintenance program:
Mowing and trimming all lawn areas weekly during the growing season.
Our standard practice is to use mowers with bagging capabilities or collection systems. However, we will use a ZTR mower with standard discharge in areas where collection isn’t critical or at the request of our clients.
We also offer reel mower services at the request of our clients. Please contact us for more information on our reel mowing program.
Aerating and Overseeding all fescue lawns in the fall.
We offer overseeding of warm-season grasses with Rye grass if requested by the client. Please contact us for more information on this service.

Weed control and fertilization treatment plan:
Winter: winter pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilization of cool season grasses
Mid-winter: post-emergent, fertilization of cool-season grasses
Spring: spring pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilization of warm-season grasses
Mid-spring: post-emergent, fertilization of warm-season grasses
Summer: summer pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilization of warm-season grasses
Mid-summer: post-emergent, fertilization of warm season grasses
Fall: fall pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilization of cool season grasses
Mid-fall: post-emergent, fertilization of cool-season grasses
*Use of insecticides and fungicides as needed throughout the year
*Additional spot treatments may be required due to problem areas or problem weeds.

Shrubs, Groundcover & Flower beds
Cultivate and pull weeds as needed to encourage plant material development and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
New mulch is added to flower beds and tree wells twice yearly, once in spring and the other in fall.
Annual flowers are added to any flower beds, tree wells, and pots requested by the client twice a year, once in spring and the other in fall.
Fertilize and apply appropriate chemicals to encourage proper development and maintain a healthy, vigorous appearance.
Spray to control harmful insects or diseases for plant materials.
Trim and prune shrubs and ground cover using the soft prune technique, taking into consideration the design and intent of the actual plant material.
Fertilize seasonal color as necessary to maximize color.
Remove suckers from the base of Crepe Myrtles and small caliper trees.

Horticulture & Sprinkler Services
Regular monitoring of property by qualified supervisory personnel.
Regular communications with the owner to advise of any problems related to the overall development and maintenance of landscaped areas
Four scheduled sprinkler checks throughout the year to test that sprinkler zones work correctly and adjust times as needed.
As needed, sprinkler service calls if the client or maintenance crews see potential sprinkler issues.

Christmas Light Installation
This is an optional service that many of our clients have us handle for them as well. If you have Christmas lights that you put up seasonally or if you would like to add that to your home, we can include this in your yearly maintenance plan. We will hang them at the appropriate time of the season and remove them promptly after Christmas. We also store them in our secure, dedicated lighting storage space.
