Warranty Information

If we install the plants and materials.
If you have a sprinkler system and we check to verify and fix any issues that may cause damage or death to plants and materials.
If you sign up for us to do your complete property maintenance for the length of the warranty.

If you have a sprinkler system and we do a check to verify and fix any issues that may cause damage or death to plants and materials.

We will not warranty any plant materials planted without a working and verified sprinkler system with an automatic timer.
We will not warranty any plant material you did not purchase through our company and install on your property with our team members.
Certain plants may still be requested by our clients against our recommendation due to their reliability in our climate. In this case, we will still plant these plants per the client’s request. However, the client will be notified prior to planting that we cannot warranty them under any condition.

All paver and block retaining walls will have a 1-year complete warranty on all materials and labor.

We will not warranty any concrete work from cracks or surface degradation due to the nature of concrete. While concrete is the go-to option for many scenarios, cracks are something that just come up with concrete. If you are not willing to accept this reality, then it would be recommended to consider using pavers for your project. Pavers are extremely easy to replace and repair if any damage were to ever occur.

All sprinkler systems we install from start to finish will be warranted for three (3) months after installation.
There is no warranty for sprinkler system repair work.
